Dear Customer, Palladio Granite & Marble LLC wants to let you know a very important information. Please read it carefully.

· We do not do any kind of pluming, electrical or carpentry work during or after the installation.

· When the template/installation is going to be done, we require a clean area and with no objects that can interfere or delay the regular procedure.

· After the template is done we recommend not making changes to the measures.

· At the moment of installation it is necessary for us to know the kind of faucet that you chose in order to make the proper holes.

· When an appointment it’s set and for any reason you cannot make it, we appreciate that you cancel it at least 1 hour before. If there is a second time that you don’t cancel the appointment and the installer is already in the place, we are going to have an extra charge due to gas expenses.
